    This class will explore Tai Chi forms and Qi Gong exercise for health and wellness. The exercises and forms aid in developing breath control, flexibility, muscle tone, stability and balance, eventually becoming a type of moving meditation for to the practitioner. As there is no impact to any joint, Tai Chi and Qi Gong are ideal for older persons or those whom have had knee and/or hip replacement. The study of Tai Chi is greatly beneficial to the young athlete as well. The class is structured such that anyone may join. The instructor is a Grandmaster with 50 years of study and 31 years of teaching experience.
